Northern Ireland - Co. Antrim - Dunluce Castle

On the "Mainland" area of the Castle complex can be found the remains of the earl's garden laid out in three terraces, documented evidence stated that these gardens included a bowling green. This area also included the Lodgings for the many visitors who graced the Castle in the 17th century. Also in this area can be found the stables with the remains of a corn drying kiln in one.

Une partie du Château de Dunluce se trouve sur la côte. Il s'agissait de dépendances aménagées en trois terrasses où l'on trouvait un jardin aménagé avec notamment un terrain de bowling. Cette partie du château comprenait également les logements pour les nombreux invités du château au XVIIème siècle.. Enfin, cette zone abritait les écuries ainsi qu'un four permettant de sécher la paille.
