Glenariff is one of the nine Glens of Antrim (Irish: Gleannta Aontroma) or valleys, that radiate from the Antrim Plateau to the coast (from northernmost to southernmost : Glentaisie, Glenshesk, Glendun, Glencorp, Glenaan, Glenballyeamon, Glenariff, Glencloy and Glenarm).

Glenariff est une des neuf Glens d'Antrim (en irlandais : Gleannta Aontroma) ; neuf vallées qui s'ouvrent sur la côte depuis le plateau d'Antrim (du nord au  sud : Glentaisie, Glenshesk, Glendun, Glencorp, Glenaan, Glenballyeamon, Glenariff, Glencloy and Glenarm).
