Downpatrick Head - Doonbristy Rock

Now known as Doonbristy, this lone stack of rock is crowned by an old ruined fort. On the Head itself, a plaque commemorates those who lost their lives in the aftermath of the 1798 rebellion.

Ce  rocher isolé appelé "Doonbristy"  se détache de la pointe d'une centaine de mètres. Au sommet de celui-ci, une plaque commémorative a été posée en hommage à ceux qui perdirent la vie lors de la rébellion de 1798.
