Slea Head - Blasket Islands - Insish tearaght

The Blasket Islands are situated at the end of the Dingle peninsula in Co. Kerry. The site includes all of the islands in the group as well as a substantial area of the surrounding seas. There are six main islands, plus some rocky islets and sea stacks. Here is the Tearaght island (27 ha, 184 m), the most westerly lighthouse in Europe  (Long 10° 40' W).
