This beautiful listed sandstone building was built in the early 1860's by Sir Edward Macnaghten who dontated it In 1951 to the Northern Ireland government for pubic use.

Cette belle construction sur le rivage fut bâtie en 1860 par Sir Edward Macnaghten qui la légua en 1951 au gouvernement nord-irlandais pour un usage exclusivement public.
